Salary: £15 – £16.8 per hour

Role: Brake Press Setter

Location: Walsall

Shift: 07:00 – 15:30 Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: £15 – £16.8 Per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Brake Press Setter on behalf of a well-established Architectural business based in Walsall, that provide fabricated products for the building industry throughout the UK, from Guttering systems, building systems, roofing systems, flashings and profiled systems. As a Brake Press Setter, you will be required to set and operate Bystronic and Edward Pearson machines.

Main duties of the role:

• Setting and operating Bystronic Brake Press
• Setting and operating Edward Pearson Brake Press
• Folding and forming various building products – Flashings, guttering, cladding, roofing systems
• Working from engineering drawings
• Working with Aluminium & Stainless Steel
• Quality Checking

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous Brake Press experience
• of working with building products – Building systems, roofing systems, etc.
• Able to set up Brake Press machines
• Able to read from engineering drawings
• Experience of working with Aluminium
• Solid work history

Hours of work:

• 07:00 – 15:30 Monday – Friday
• Pay Rate: £15 – £16.8+ £14 per hour Per hour + Overtime
