Class 1 C+E Drivers

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers in Castleford.

Our client is based in Howden, East Yorkshire and are looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers with at least 6 months experience in the last 2 years to drive nationally on an on-going basis doing either Multidrop deliveries on days or trunks on nights to both stores and depots.

You will need to meet the below criteria to be considered for the vacancy:
• HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category C1E)
• Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
• At least 6 months on road driving experience in the last 2 years
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements

The client will require the successful candidates to be available to work regularly on weekday and weekend shifts with varying start times, nights out are available for day shifts. Salary: s vary from £26,000per year to £26,000 per year depending on shifts worked. A full site Induction and Driving Assessment are to be completed prior to starting the first shift but are paid.
