Accounts Assistant

Salary: £16.8 per hour

Accounts Assistant – About The Role

This position will allow the successful candidate to either start or continue their career in finance by taking on the role of Accounts Assistant within a forward thinking, busy environment. The key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):-

• Reconciliation
• Maintaining the purchase ledger
• Invoicing
• Processing payments
• Liaising with suppliers and other departments
• Assisting other departments where necessary
• Answer emails and phone calls relating to supplier queries

The successful Accounts Assistant will have

• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Confidence in own ability
• Some exposure to finance or accounting procedures is preferred (not essential)
• AAT studier (if not, some exposure to finance will be preferred)
• Purchase Order experience (not essential)
