Our client are a leading Facilities Management company who has a fantastic reputation in the industry, and through growth have a number of new opportunities for Access Operators
The Access Operator will support 3rd party site access requests to enable the Engineering team to carry out maintenance works.

Responsibilities include;

* Day to day liaison with 3rd party customers and site owners to ensure access to site, permits to work and all necessary outages are requested and approved to ensure works are carried out at prearranged times time and service levels.
* Updating of SSG and customer case management systems (SID) with case update notes.
* Preparation and distribution of outage update reports.
* Assistance and Preparation of reports to management and customers.
* Maintain Services and customer quality standards.
* Raising purchase orders and tracking of material purchases from suppliers
* Other duties appropriate to the level of this role.
* Processing Certification and Accreditation

The Ideal candidate;

* Proven background and experience of working within a fast moving environment.
* A good understanding of SLA’s and KPI’s
* Customer service experience
* Understanding of supply chain/basic planning/logistics process
* Strong Excel skills
