The Role
Work with senior data management and campaign analysts to assist the delivery of compliant, targeted and timely marketing leads for MBNA prospect or customer marketing campaigns. Data Delivery as a whole interacts with many different area both within Data Warehouse and the wider ECS environment. Critical business partner relationships include Tech, Modelling & Analysis, Customer Marketing, Digital, Acquisition and CAO to name a few. System regression testing is also a key part of this role following CASG installs, changes to processes or routine Euronet release implementation.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the delivery of targeted and compliant marketing leads, across the range of business areas, in order to deliver against the Marketing Plan.
– Help senior analysts to ensure that all prospect/customer leads are fully compliant from a Policy perspective and, in particular, ensure that the full range of marketing suppressions has been accurately applied in line with both the Consumer Credit Act and the Data Protection Act.
– Conduct data investigations of a moderately complex nature (seeking guidance as necessary) in order to help resolve campaign and data issues/problems that arise.
Execute the data management processes to ensure that prospect NMR’s (No Mail Requests) are managed appropriately, flagging accordingly on the database and responding in writing to those who require a written response – within agreed timescales.
– Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of new processes/campaigns/solutions.
– Work with management team and support partners to assess project impacts to automation applications, and submit relevant change documentation.
– Complete test planning activities, ensuring full testing of automation and Euronet applications in UAT and post production environments and correct escalation of defects and approvals.

Skills & Experience
– SAS – Base SAS in the main but Enterprise Guide and SQL knowledge a benefit.
– Unix Skills – for: making/copying/moving files within directories & creating data dumps and listings.
– Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access etc.
– Basic SAS software programming experience.
– Experience of database querying, especially Marketing databases.
– Experience of moderate scope problem solving.
– Good organisational skills.
– Ability to understand issues and escalate as appropriate.
– Ability to establish relationships.
– Ability to balance multiple priorities.
