Position: Deputy Nursery Manager (Supernumerary)
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: £31,200 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience)
Star Bright Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a well-established Nursery in the Hemel Hempstead area for a Deputy Nursery Manager.
You will be joining a busy, large sized Nursery with a fantastic reputation.
You will be a Deputy Nursery Manager, who has worked as part of a busy Nursery, with experience and passion for driving excellent standards of care.
You will be working on a full-time basis, all year round.

The ideal Deputy Nursery Manager candidate must have:
- A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or above or equivalent)
- A current First Aid qualification
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
- Ability to use initiative
- A passion for working with children
- Experience of Ofsted is required
