Community Carer – South Essex

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Community Carer opportunity based in the Thurrock area of Essex.

An experienced Community Care Worker is required to work full time, various hours and shifts. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role Brief:

To deliver a quality care service to clients in the community in accordance with their individual needs and to prescribed services.
Meet clients personal care and hygiene needs.
Maintain and encourage independence.
Provide domestic support.
Provide support to families.
Assist with prescribed medication according to medication policy.
Establish a relationship with clients, listen and talk with them to encourage mental stimulation.

Skills and Experience Required:
Experience of caring for others in a professional environment.
Ability to remain focused on role.
Ability to report and document relevant information.

You MUST be a car owner/driver.
