Assessment Registered Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse or Social Worker

Salary: £22.22 – £42.62 per hour

Belmont Recruitment are currently in search of an Assessment Registered Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse or Social Worker (RMN/CPN/RNLD) Band 5/6/7 to join the Assessment Team based out of Kingston Upon Thames or Richmond Upon Thames in Greater Outer South West London. The role is Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however there is scope for flexibility so applicants who cannot work full time are still encouraged to apply, this is initially on an ongoing locum however this will most likely be made permanent.

This role holds no caseload, the post holder will deliver high quality safe clinical mental health care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence which comply with the relevant body code of professional conduct. The role includes leading the delivery of comprehensive service user assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of person-centered care in a collaborative way. The post holder will co-ordinate a first-class service that includes assessment and monitoring of physical health, maintaining service users rights, managing / supervising junior staff and students, working collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team and maintaining a safe and therapeutic working environment and accurate records.

The pay rate for this locum role is between £22.22 – £42.62per hour dependant on experience, however this is open for negotiation for someone with years of experience.
