Salary: £26,000 per year

In this role you will:
- Be responsible in setting up the document management system,

Capable of managing and controlling the circulation of information

Implement trackers for close out of proprietor action

Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases

Enter accurate meta-data to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval

Assist in production of reports and technical document preparation

Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
- Multi task and manage time effectively whilst achieving agreed targets
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in a similar document management role

Have experience in Aconex and sharepoint which are critical for this role

Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint IT skills
- Are capable of handling a large range of information
