We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our fabulous team in the Ollerton area. As a Warehouse Operative, you will have the ability to work alone within the warehouse, or as part of a team within a warehouse environment. Previous experience in a warehouse would be welcomed, but is not necessary as full warehouse work training will be provided.

What will you be doing?
Working in a busy warehouse, there are a variety of things you could be doing. Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following: 

– General Warehouse duties
– Picking & Packing
– Loading & Unloading

As most of the roles can and most likely will mean a fair amount of walking, you should be prepared to be moving about a lot, picking items and preparing them for despatch. You will be the one who helps get those last minute, super urgent and very important items out to waiting customers!

What should you be able to bring to the role?

As with any job, punctuality is important, and you should have a keen eye for detail. Matching product codes and scanning items is the aim of the game – so you need to be on the ball. 

An interest in Health and Safety would be great and as stated, previous experience in a warehouse would be welcomed, but isn`t always necessary. Full training in the warehouse will be given when you start, so you will have all the help you need to become a parcel picking, trolley toting mean machine.
