Registered Mental Health Nurse

Salary: £37.2 per hour

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a secure hospital in Newark.

Daily Duties:
The hospital is a Low Secure unit that cares for women with a diagnosis of severe and enduring mental illness, personality disorder and or mild learning disability. Daily duties would include:

• Developing and implementing mental health nursing programs while working within professional guidelines and codes of practice.
• Making observations to ensure resident and staff safety.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Day to day nursing duties

Shift times:
07:30 – 20:00 or 19:30 – 08:00

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift – £37.2ph (Ltd)
• Night/Weekend Shift – £32ph (Ltd)
• Bank Holidays – £38ph (Ltd)

Person Specification:

• NMC Registration
• Qualified and registered Mental Health Nurse
• Experience working within a Mental Health Setting
• Valid right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months (Preferred)
• PMVA completed within the last 12 months (Preferred)
