Store Manager

Salary: £58,080 – £76,560 per year

Our client is a multi-award-winning country lifestyle and shooting shop with 35 years’ experience, they specialise in high end shotguns and shooting accessories with a focus on customer service and delivering brilliance in everything they do. They are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for their leading site based in Northolt in West London.

Our client run an extensive shop with a huge range of shotguns, rifles, air rifles, ammunition, and country clothing as well as a rapidly growing storage and repair facility this all requires careful management and leadership.

The role would include:

• Managing the team at the West London site
• Selling goods to customers, this would include guns, ammunition, clothing and accessories
• Managing stock control
• Working with our clients team of gunsmiths to ensure the correct repair work is carried out and guns are returned when necessary
• Managing the day to day running of the shop
• Making sure the shop looks pristine
• Managing storage guns

No prior knowledge of the shooting industry or shooting as whole is necessary however it is certainly beneficial

Candidates will be expected to work from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs 5 days a week, one of those days being Saturday. The shop is closed on Sundays.
