CNC / Manual EDM Machine Operator

Salary: £20.4 per hour

Role: CNC / Manual EDM machine operator
Experience in toolmaking is needed for this role
As an EDM Machinist / Toolmaker, your duties will include –
*
Setting up, operating and working on EDM machines.
*
Working from drawings and carry out manual handling tasks.
*
Conventional machining.
*
Driving forklift truck
Essential skills –
*
Be experienced in working on EDM machines (CNC and manual).
*
Be able to set up and operate EDM equipment and monitor machines while they complete jobs.
*
Will be a time served toolmaker with experience of all tool room machinery
Will have the following desirable skills –
*
Full clean driving licence
*
Forklift truck licence
*
First aid at work qualification
*
Knowledge of CAD programming
Although training can be given.
Salary: £20.4per hour depending on experience.
Days: Monday-Friday.
