Multi-million pound UK turnover Distributor seeks a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our established team in the Bidford-on-Avon facility.

Salary: £26,000per yeardependant on experience

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 22 days holiday + 8 statutory days, Annual Bonus (company & personal), death in service

HOURS OF WORK: 8.00am-4.30pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Currently we are looking to enhance our team with the appointment of a Warehouse Operative/ Forklift Driver to support the business with the day to day running of the warehouse operation.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be tasked with:

* Accurately picking and packing bulk goods for dispatch.
* Forklift driving (Counterbalance)
* Checking all inbound and outbound goods through the internal warehouse system.
* Monitoring and replenishment of stock levels.
* Unloading and loading vehicles.
* Contributing to a health and safe working environment.
* Being a flexible team member.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application you will:
* Be knowledgeable in accurately picking and packing.
* Ideally hold a current Forklift Counterbalance Licence (ITSSAR/ RTITB registered) however training will be provided if required.
* Be physically fit, due to lifting required as part of the role.
* Have strong IT skills (Internal Warehouse systems).
* Enjoy working within a small team environment.
Although the role is advertised as a Warehouse Operative you may currently hold the role of a Forklift Driver, Picker, Packer, FLT Driver, WHS Assistant, Warehouse Foreman, ITSSAR, Stores Operative, Warehouse Team Leader, RTITB, Re-worker, Team Leader.
