Samples Coordinator

Salary: £13.8 per hour

These vacancies are based at our award winning client’s state of the art facilities in the Goole area. This role will suit candidates with experience as customer service advisor, callcentre advisor, customer service administrator, warehouse picker/packer, warehouse administrator, despatch or logistics operative with computer experience such as MS Office, Excel or SAP. Manufacturing industry experince would be useful but not essential.

These positions are offered as either long term temporary assignments with a review for permanent employment or fixed term contracts for 12 months.

You will:

Undertake customer service update calls and take ownership of queries

Have customer service, customer service administration and picking/packing experience

be happy to switch between packer/customer service and the office/distribution/warehouse areas as required

pack and despatch samples to customers

, follow processes including hazardous samples and correct transport destination

Monitor and maintain stock levels of samples,

Ensure the maximum number of samples are despatched on time

Update and maintain correct stock details in SAP. 

Assist with communications to Sales/Marketing, KPI measurements and periodic stock checks.

This position will suit:

•  an effective communicator, capable of building effective working relationships and working well as part of a team
•  a problem solver with a high attention to detail
• Candidates able to use computer packages including Ms Excel and SAP(training can be given)
• People with knowledge of the SAP samples module or courier requirements (would be an advantage but are not essential)
• Candidates with previous customer service(B2B), manufacturing, distribution or warehouse experience with time dated or sensitive products
