Technical Support Specialist – French Speaking

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join our client based on the outskirts of Solihull. This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in French with a technical background. This is a fast paced role where the ability to solve complex problems is essential.

Main Duties:

• Provide telephone and email based technical support.
• Investigate issues reported by customers and resolve these efficiently.
• Plan and prioritise workload, always working towards set objectives.
• Travel to additional sites to provide support as required.

Experience:
• Qualification in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Fluent in both French and English
• Solid understanding of Firewalls
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Strong team player
• Knowledge of mobile computing platforms
