The Opportunity

You will benefit from a Comprehensive 13 week training programme that will help to develop you into a successful recruitment consultant. All of our staff from consultants to directors started in the business at graduate level. We base our business completely organic growth, meaning career progression is completely unlimited

The Role

You will be responsible for building new relationships with businesses who are looking to recruit. This will be via a combination of cold calling and networking. You will essentially sell your recruitment services, offering the highest calibre of candidates on the market. You will source candidates suitable for your clients across the globe and organize interviews. As well as preparing candidates for their interviews, managing job offers and negotiating salaries, benefits and placement fee’s.

You will head-hunt and network and interview your candidates. You will prepare your candidates for their interviews, manage offers and negotiate salary and benefits before successfully closing the deal!

The Rewards;

£26,000basic starting salary.
£35,000 first year OTE – (uncapped commission).
