Project Manager (Fluent in Italian)

Project Manager – Chertsey – £27,000 – £33,000

My client is looking for a Project Manager for their office in Chertsey (MUST BE FLUENT IN ITALIAN, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL)

Key Responsibilities:
•Promotional Microsite Briefing – Briefing the Digital department in line with the statement of work, promotional terms and conditions and client expectations
•Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the digital environment
•Demonstrate an understanding of Sales Promotion & Marketing concepts
•Be able to deal with pressurised situations in a calm and rational manner
•Client management – Liaising directly with clients for proposal development, website specifics, promotional updates and amends
•Provide recommendations in programme management, ensuring websites are consumer friendly and promote ease of use for the end user
•End to end web site testing
•Co-ordination of website translations, client updates and branding guidelines/ artwork sign off/approval
•Must be a good solution thinker with the ability to act fast and ‘get things done’ on time and within budget

•Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Digital Project Management experience
•Strong Excel skills
•Familiar with YML/ XML/HTML
•Ability to identify scope of improvements and monitor website quality to actively improve and implement consistency
•Exercise independent judgment within generally defined practices to identify and select a solution
•Interest in Sales Promotion and Marketing
•Familiar with contracts, statement of works and terms and conditions
•Ability to work in a busy environment and work well under pressure
•Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
•Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
•Understanding of core project management – Knowledge of Agile PM principles preferred
•Proficiency with Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint.
•Exhibit good business and profitability understanding
•Ability to apply business practices to a given situation.
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong time management skills
•Works well within a team and can build good cross departmental relationships
•Fluent in Italian (both written and verbal)
