aretakers/Cleaners – All London locations – £26,000 – £28,080 per year – Long term temp roles

A number of caretakers required for long term contracts.

Duties

-Sweep & wash the bin chamber
-Sweep & Wash all the balconies
-Made sure all cobwebs around lights was cleaned
-Clean all the banister rails in the blocks
-inspect all bin areas, remove any rubbish which has overflowed and rotate the bins;
-inspect rubbish chutes for blockages – if they are blocked we will clear them within 24 hours;
-respond to residents’ requests to deal with specific tasks or areas, if this is appropriate;
-report any repairs needed to shared areas to the customer service team;
-report bulky waste to the estate services manager and move it to the collection point if one is available

We also have a number of office cleaning positions if you are interested in them.

Working hours 8-4pm or 9-5pm other times available.
