Senior Traffic Engineer

My client is looking to recruit a Senior Traffic Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

The Senior Traffic Engineer will be based in client department responsible for the analysis and development of solutions to traffic, road safety and parking issues/concerns to progress and implement traffic regulation orders as appropriate.

Main responsibilities of Senior Traffic Engineer are

– Carry out and supervise investigations into traffic, pedestrian, parking and road safety issues/concerns and the progression/implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders and Studies.
– Organise and supervise various types of survey and analyse the collected data.
– Develop traffic management solutions to identified traffic and road safety problems.
– To prepare and implement Traffic Regulation Orders.
