Our client is the leading provider of roofing and cladding solutions to the construction industry. Their unrivalled product portfolio includes all types of concrete and clay tiles, double and single lap slates, decorative cladding and profiled sheeting. They are now looking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst to join them at their office in Bristol.

You will accurately log, maintain and resolve incoming helpdesk calls from our user-base across the supported companies which comprise the I.T. Shared Services function, all calls must be logged in the helpdesk call logging system. Monitoring all current methods of users reporting faults to the department, including the phone system, shared email and Self Service portals, you will liaise with the helpdesk administrator/ Senior Analyst to compile a daily work schedule and create and monitor all onsite and remote system backups.

In order to succeed in this role, you will be an experienced IT Support Analyst with proven support skills to at least 2nd line support level and have good general exposure to Server hardware technologies including the latest MS server architecture. Excellent BackOffice Skills in all MS Office applications and proven verbal and written skills, along with a good telephone manner are also essential.

With strong analysis skills and attention to detail, you will hold a clean valid driving licence and passport.
