About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your

responsibilities will include: Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support Supporting the planning, delivery, and reinforcement of lessons Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain effective classroom routines Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families What We’re Looking For Previous

experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication
