Role: Employment Solicitor Department: Employment team Salary: £54,000 – £90,000 (For more experienced we can look outside this bracket) PQE : Min 2+ years with no upper limit Location: Wirral Contractual hours: 9am – 5:30pm Hybrid working: Yes Employment Solicitor Top level, respondent-only employment work and a firm that values quality over KPI's & timesheets. Our client is looking to expand its specialist employment team. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-quality, complex employment law matters, The casework is a mix of contentious and non-contentious, for a client base comparable to large international law firms without the internal politics and red tape that comes with a commercial firm. Our clients solicitors are measured on the speed, quality, and commerciality of their advice, not the number of hours billed. We’re looking for technically strong, personable solicitors who enjoy collaborative working and want to develop as specialist employment lawyers within a supportive team on the Wirral.
