Outreach Worker

We are currently recruiting for an Outreach Worker to work within a street-based outreach service in the Bristol area , supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Role Details: Location: Bristol Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour +HP Please note, this is a street outreach role involving regular travel across Bristol to support clients within the community. Key

Responsibilities : Conducting initial street-based assessments for new rough sleepers and ongoing casework Planning and organising outreach shifts using referral and mapping data Supporting clients into accommodation and relevant services via the Pathway Organising annual street counts and mapping hotspot areas Attending multi-agency meetings and liaising with partner organisations Supporting access to accommodation, health services, housing advice, and day centres Leading on crisis intervention work alongside the Team Manager Contributing to service development in line with strategies such as No Second Night Out Supporting cold weather provision and outreach initiatives Assisting with monitoring service expenditure and volunteer timesheets.
