We've got an outstanding role for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our client's M&E maintenance team in West London! This is a great role if you're looking to join a well established building service provider who are well known in investing further in their staff! This is a shift role following a continental shift pattern, day and night shifts. For this Mechanical Shift Engineer role, you'll be tasked with carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial plant equipment, troubleshoot / fault find, update site logbooks, ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided and react to emergencies on site. Duties : PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps – Bearings, Mechanical Seals Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Tap Temperatures Chilled Water Systems Heat Exchnagers Plumbing Generators Pressurisation units Generators BMS Operation CRAC units Motors Mechanical Shift Engineer
Requirements : Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent) Apprentice trained – desirable Building Services Maintenance
experience – 5 Years Min Very Client facing Similar
