Responsibilities : Managing the daily operations of the dental laboratory Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of technicians Ensuring all work is completed to a high clinical and aesthetic standard Monitoring workflow, turnaround times, and quality control procedures Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards Liaising with dentists and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery Supporting business growth and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements : Proven

experience as a Dental Technician Previous laboratory management or supervisory

experience preferred Strong knowledge of crown & bridge, prosthetics, or CAD/CAM workflows advantageous Excellent organisational and leadership
