1-1 Maths and English Interventions Teacher – Rochdale

Are you a Teacher based in Rochdale with experience in leading KS3/4 Maths and English Interventions?

I am currently recruiting for a school based in Rochdale who is seeking an experienced Teacher with a strong background in the GCSE Maths and English curriculum and leading Interventions. The post is to start as soon as possible and will finish in July 2022 with potential to stay for the next academic year if the school feel you are the correct fit.

For this role you will be closely focusing on leading one 1-1 intervention for a child who requires extra support in Maths and English in KS3/4. As you will be focusing on one pupil, this will enable you to provide the child with a detailed and accurate understanding of their learning, providing them with the best chance of success in their GCSE’s.

Experience and knowledge of the Maths and English GCSE curriculum for KS3/4 is extremely beneficial and essential to this role as you will be working so closely with those who require extra support within this field.

This school is keen for an innovative, patient, and nurturing teacher to guide these Intervention sessions outside of the classroom to ensure the best development for their pupils.
