Assistant Manager

We are seeking an Assistant manager, preferably, though not essentially, from the DIY sector, who is extremely passionate about Customer Service and can drive sales & service through their team. Applicants should have experience of motivating a team, a track record of coaching and developing their team to achieve excellence and the ability to drive sales to exceed targets. You will have a “can do” attitude, be commercially aware and thrive in a target driven environment.
