You should already be working in the Commercial or Hospitality sector of recruitment, however successful candidates working in other recruitment sectors will be considered. You should already be a successful Branch Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is looking to take your next step to one of the major players in this sector.

You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This role is more geared towards a Manager who has a successful track record of both developing people and the further development of existing clients than a rah rah sales individulal.
