The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Full-time Artisan Baker for my client, a coffee shop and bakery based in Suffolk.

Initially working nights (10pm-6am, 5 days per week) and then changing to early morning shifts (4am-2pm, 5 days per week); you must be hardworking, reliable and keen to produce the highest quality. You will have tremendous amounts of passion and enthusiasm for baking and patisserie, as well as strong core food knowledge. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a keen interest and a proven track record of artisan baking and looking to develop their skills further.

It is critical that you are able to get on with other staff members, work as one of the team and use your own initiative. Our Client runs a very tight ship, earning them a superb reputation.
