Bar Person / Bartender / Waiting Person

Our client is specialists in providing active holidays, with over 30 years of experience. They operate all year round, offering ski/ board holidays in the winter and a range of water and land activities in the summer, which include sailing, waterskiing, biking, tennis and much more.
JOB ROLE:
Reporting to the Bar Supervisor you`ll work shifts to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere. During the day you`ll serve a variety of beverages, bar snacks and specialities and in the evening you`ll provide a professional bar and table beverage service.
Our client`s bars are essential in generating revenue so there are some high targets to achieve. That`s why we`re not just looking for bar staff to pull pints but for charismatic bar tending professionals who not only provide an exceptional service but who also play a key part in driving food and beverage sales by creating tempting cocktails, recommending wines from our extensive wine list and giving our guests the `perfect pour`.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
* To apply for bars position you must have proven bar tending experience with a good understanding of wines, beers, spirits & cocktails.
* You`ll be able to demonstrate the need for cleanliness, stock control and the need to record wastage and breakages.
* With an array of customer service experience you`ll love working behind a bar, chatting to guests and be passionate about providing a professional bar tending service.
* Our clients are looking for target driven individuals with a passion for hospitality.
