Accounts Assistant

My client is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to support the existing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced environment where the right candidate will get exposure to a range of accounting disciplines.

You may not have vast experience but you will be AAT qualified and eager to start a career in Accounting. You will be bright, confident and ready to work hard in a busy and dynamic office environment.

This role will include:

– Accurate coding and posting of supplier invoices
– Supplier account reconciliation
– Raising purchase orders
– Raising sales invoices
– Posting bank transactions
– Bank reconciliation
– liaising with customers/suppliers to resolve queries
– Ad hoc financial analysis
– Credit Control
– Sage Line50 administration

Skills Required

– AAT Qualified
– Minimum 5 GCSE’s at A-C grade including Maths and English
– Experience in working in an accounts/office environment
– Excellent communication skills
– Impeccable attention to detail essential
