Due to further growth and winning a large national contract we are currently recruiting for an Admin Support.

About the role

This role will focus mainly on the administration of our corporate fleet livery operations. You will liaise between our clients, internal management, production and fitting teams, and subcontractors across the UK. There will be heavy emphasis on the use of Excel spreadsheets, utilising functions such as V-Lookup to ensure timely delivery of information to the key users.

You will also be expected to undertake other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required.

Skills and qualifications

• It is essential that you have strong Excel skills, and the ability to create new and edit existing spreadsheets to accommodate new information streams.
• A minimum of 6 GCSEs at a C grade or higher (including English and mathematics).
• Higher level education or NVQ Level 3 business related qualifications would be an advantage.
• To be adept in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
• The ability to manage and prioritise requirements in order to ensure all tasks are completed fully to set timescales.
• A keen eye for detail coupled with accuracy, and the initiative to identify and prevent possible problems before they manifest.
• You must be able to quickly build a good, professional working relationship with people of all levels both within and external to GK Signs
• Time management skills are key, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
