Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of all business underwritten by the Legal Expenses Underwriting Department. Your will be reporting to the Senior Business Co-ordinator. Your duties may include, but will not be limited to:

• carry out management information reviews in relation to product performance
• forecasting
• report on profit and revenue targets
• liaise closely with claims handlers, underwriters and internal auditors, and
• participate in the customer proposition function with specific focus on process and system design

The ideal candidate will:

• have previous working knowledge of an analytical role – essential
• have previous working knowledge of financial services – desirable
• be proficient with Excel – desirable
• be studying ACCA or CIMA – desirable

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

My client is a multinational and market leading insurance company, and due to growth, it seeks a Business Analyst to join its Legal Expenses Underwriting Department.
