Accountancy Software Support Assistant

You will provide support to external users of the software (Bookkeepers to Finance Directors and external re-sellers) which would primarily be by phone. You will need to be able to represent the company in a highly professional manner by demonstrating good communication skills and product knowledge to resolve queries/problems.

Some accountancy knowledge is required, good appreciation of customer service and some IT aptitude. Knowledge of Exchequer software would be an advantage but not esential as full training would be provided. Good working environment and prospects and regular reviews as experience is gained.
