A successful Property / Real Estate business are seeking an Accountant paying £42 – 40000.

Your new company
A successful business are seeking an Accountant to work with the senior management team. This business has experienced solid growth over the last couple of years and have some ambitious plans for the future.

Your new role
Looking after all the finances on a Sage based system. From processing invoices to preparing month end files and year end preparation. In addition to this you will complete a small monthly payroll including processing CIS payments.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered your must come from a property, real estate, estate agency or construction background and have a strong technical accounting background along with good communication skills both written and spoken.
