Our client is expanding and are now looking to fill a 2nd / 3rd line engineer role within their Wokingham Office. They are a Managed Service Provider within SME and Public Sector that manages over 500 users either remotely or onsite. To apply you should have experience in Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, Active Directory Networking protocols and Avaya. The successful applicant will be responsible for 2nd line / 3rd line duties within the team either onsite or remotely.
Desirable Skill set and Experience in;
Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 / 2007 / 2010
Server Operating Systems (Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / SBS)
Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7 / Vista / XP / Mac)
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / RDS / TS)
Networking Protocols
Monitoring Experience (GFI / Panda RMM)
Firewalls (Sonicwall / Netgear / Juniper)
Backup (Backup exec / Arc Serve / Cloud Backup)
Server installs
WIFI installs
VLANs
Avaya Install/configuration
Full Driving license
