They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.What you will be doingProviding 2nd Line remote and onsite support to a wide range of customersActing as an escalation point for 1st Line engineersAssisting with installations and project work across core technologiesPrioritising and resolving tickets in line with SLAsCreating and maintaining technical documentationContributing to the Out of Hours rota when requiredWhat they’re looking forIdeally, experience working in an MSP or IT service environmentA confident communicator with excellent customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityExperience at 2nd Line level with most of the following:Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Desktop (Windows 7–11), MS Server (2012–2019)Hyper-V, VMware, AzureNetworking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls – WatchGuard preferred), DHCP, DNSActive Directory, Antivirus, PrintersMS Office (2010/365)Full UK Driving License is essentialWhat’s in it for you?This company looks after their team and genuinely values their people.
