Your new company
My client is a small to medium consultancy operating within the Manufacturing sector, the key position they are looking to recruit for is a 2nd Line Support Engineer but with room to progress quickly into the 3rd Line role.

Your new role
You will be responsible for serving as a 2nd line service engineer within the overall organisation. Your core duties involve standard Service Desk based tasks for clients direct, including tickets and calls relating to incident management, break-fix fault resolution, carrying out service and change requests etc. You will also be required to support and assist the 1st Line team where required, by providing coaching, assistance and reassigning an open issues to manage directly. Whilst also, using SharePoint and Cloud software, training will be provided if required!

What you’ll need to succeed……

• IT Service Management Processes
• Firewall Management (e.g. WatchGuard’s, Fortinet)
• Office 365 Administration
• VMware (e.g. vCenter)
• SharePoint Administration
• Router Configurations
• Office 365 experience
• previous client facing experience
• Manufacturing Sector experience is advantageous
