The Opportunity:

Crowne Finch is a small, fast-growing, specialist consultancy. We provide Training and Development and Consultancy services to the HR functions of large, international and UK based clients. We work with forward thinking HR Directors who are seeking to maximise the impact of their HR functions.

Currently a small core team of 4 and approximately 10 associates who work closely with us, we are looking for a new team member to join us. This is a great opportunity to:

The Candidate:

Our ideal candidate is likely to be a graduate looking to start or build upon their early career, or this may suit someone returning to the workplace. The preferred candidate will have:

– Strong organisation and administration skills

– The capability to work under their own initiative

– Strong interpersonal and professional skills and attitude

– Confidence to contribute to discussions around business improvement, growth and opportunities

– A flexible, proactive and positive approach

– Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

– IT skills: MS Office and ideally WordPress

– Languages (principally Spanish/French but others may be considered)

The Role:

There are 3 main aspects to this diverse and rewarding role:

1. Office Administration [30%]:

Duties include: taking calls, answering queries from clients, partners and associates, managing post, arranging meetings, travel logistics for staff and associates, taking meeting minutes, managing filing systems etc.

2. Client Support and Administration [30%]:

Duties include: Preparing materials for workshops, managing coaching logistics, Client and faculty liaison, workshop follow up, updating Learning Management System.

3. Event Management [40%]:

– Client workshops (attending as required):

Duties include: contributing to planning and redesign, supporting participants, liaising with venue staff, supporting faculty, creating ad hoc materials, responding to issues arising, representing Crowne Finch professionally with clients.

– Crowne Finch organised Marketing Events:

Duties include: contributing to planning (purpose, content, design), supporting Marketing/Sales campaigns, liaising with suppliers, designing and generating marketing materials, developing and maintaining WordPress website, managing venue arrangements, tracking participant, on-site management (set up, meet and greet, trouble-shooting) and follow up as required.

Additional possible opportunities:

Over the next 12 months, we shall be increasing our marketing activity, undertaking research and looking to build and grow our business. This environment creates opportunities to utilise other skills and interests that the right candidate might possess.
