Account Director – Corporate Pr – Global Agency!

A global PR agency is seeking a Corporate PR expert to join its team as Account Director. Based in London, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships and growing the Corporate PR team as a whole.

The Account Director will work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and will use this knowledge to shape a communications strategy in-line with their objectives. They will be client’s senior point of contact, acting as an advisor with an insight into both their business and the industry. The successful individual will plan, delegate and oversee all account activity, ensuring accounts are appropriately resourced and that client work is of the highest quality and delivered on time. The new recruit will be responsible for creating documents for clients, including features, Q&A documents and key messages. They will also lead in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key media, influencers and third parties.

The agency prides itself on having a talented junior team and the Account Director will play an integral role in their development, acting as a mentor and providing constructive feedback and guidance on their work. They will also lead in growing the agency’s account portfolio, identifying new opportunities and successfully bringing in new clients, as well as acting upon areas for growth within existing accounts.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

• Solid PR agency experience at a similar level
• Exceptional corporate PR credentials with global experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong network of industry contacts
