3rd Line Support Engineer

3rd Line Support Engineer wanted for a client of mine based in the Hertfordshire (Watford/Hemel area).

I need candidates with extensive experience of Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange. Networking would be beneficial.

I am looking for someone to deal with escalated incidents from a busy Service Desk and 2nd Line Team, assist the projects team where required and in the future grow into a presales/technical architect consultancy role.

If any candidates have the MCSE or MCITP in Server or Enterprise administration this would also be beneficial.

The salary on offer for this role is £36,000-£42,000 + training & benefits.
