The Area Store Manager is responsible for;
• Driving sales & footfall in 8-10 stores.
• Supporting and developing your Store teams.
• Ensuring store KPI’s are achieved.
• Stock control & merchandising.
• Ensuring high mystery shop audits
• People management & training.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, hands on Store/ Area Manager looking for the next step in their career. You must have previous exposure to working in a fast paced retail environment and leading your team from the front during peak times.
The starting salary will be between £42,000 – £48,000 and is reviewed throughout your career, excellent training will be provided.
