Job Overview:

Operational Duties:
•Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in timely manner
•Arranging collection from vendors.
•Utilising Procars to produce shipping documentation in line with Company procedure i.e Hawb, Mawb
•Entry of all relevant and required information into ATOL.
•Constant monitoring and updating of relevant information in ATOL as required.
•Preparation of export / imports entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations.
•Post Flights.
•Job file invoicing.
•Action Pending Tray daily.
•Interact with UK Customer & overseas offices to arrange Import shipments.

Customer Duties:
•Ensure all queries & complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external, internal customers and suppliers.
•Support Sales & CSM with Customer visits as requested.

Administrational Duties:
•Ensure customer invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
•Ensure all rates received are passed to the Team Leader for loading into Procars for auto rating.

Training to be provided:
Business Level 3

•City & Guilds Diploma in Business & Administration

•Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)

•One optional day from the QA Professional Development catalogue

Qualifications Required:
You must have at least 5 G.C.S.E Grades (C and above) or equivalent, Maths and English is a must.

Apprenticeship Duration 24 – 26 Months

Weekly Wage £: 175.00

Working Week: 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30)

Personal Qualities: An enthusiastic and professional attitude and commitment to learning new skills.

Your Commitment: This apprenticeship will require dedicated and focused individuals to be fully committed to their learning. You will be working on potentially tight time scales and may be required to travel as part of your role.

Reality Check: This is a fantastic apprenticeship that will require successful candidates to be fully committed to their learning and developing their skill set.

Future Prospects: Over 90% of QA apprentices are kept on after completion of their apprenticeship programme. Additionally there may be opportunities to undertake further learning.
