MacKenzie King is currently seeking an Administrator to join an established and progressive company based in Grays. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has gained some basic administration experience who is looking for the next step on which they can continue to develop their career.
Responsibilities will include:

Raise purchase orders in SAP from purchase requisitions
-
Interact closely with the Expense ledger department on any queries relating to purchase orders
-
Produce regular procurement reports for heads of departments, highlighting any noncompliance with the procurement procedures

Provide support to central departments on any procurement related issues including advice of coding
-
To produce a monthly management pack including relevant KPI’s
-
Assist the Finance team in production and collation of month end reports
-
Other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will have a knowledge of purchase ordering systems and the production of PO numbers and will ideally be a confident user of Excel. A working knowledge of SAP will be advantageous, although is not essential. The successful candidate will be required to have minimum of 6 A-C GCSE’s (or equivalent).
