We’ve got ambitious plans…we need ambitious peopleto help us deliver housing related support services to our clients across South Gloucestershire as part of our Independent Living Services team. We’re clear that our core business is the management and maintenance of our current homes and the development of new ones. We have an ambition to be world class by 2020. We need people who have the commitment to deliver housing related support services right first time.

Working within our Independent Living Services we have a number of posts available following changes to the way our services are provided, including;

• Scheme Officer full time £18,164.40pa
• 2 x Independent Living Advisor – one year fixed term contract – full time £18,164.40pa
• 2 x Bank Support Staff – £26,000 per year pro-rata (undertaking a variety of roles including support, housing management, catering and others)

You will be committed to providing great customer service. You need to be able to demonstrate that you match our values and have the skills to help us achieve our ambitious corporate plan.

You need to have experience of working with vulnerable older people, along with excellent attention to detail, flexibility, IT confident and a full driving licence. The commitment to deliver housing related support services right first time whilst being positive and self-motivated are also essential.
