Graduate Recruitment Consultant

2016 GRADUATES NEEDED FOR LONDON & NEW YORK!!!!

This is a brilliant opportunity for candidates interested in global opportunities. We are looking for three 2016 graduates to join us, spend 2 years working in our London office & then head out to join the team in New York! You would be working for us as a Recruitment Consultant & no experience is necessary, in fact all you need is a British passport!

The ideal candidate

• Has a strong desire to be successful within the recruitment industry
• Motivated by money & the ability to climb up the career ladder quickly
• A team player, willing to get involved in activities inside & outside the office
• Strong academics & a fast learner (degree desired but not essential)

What the role of a recruitment consultant will involve on a daily basis:

• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• Winning new client business through cold calling
• Screening & meeting candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role
• Negotiating fees
• Meeting & entertaining clients
