My client is searching for a high calibre Receptionist / Administrator looking to join their leading FMCG Company in Putney SW London! Paying between £22,800 – £26,400 PA + package, located in their funky new offices, this innovative company is growing and offers a marvellous career potential for the lucky, and successful candidate.

This role will have influence and effect on all areas of the business and will allow someone with the right attitude to become instrumental and highly valued within the company.

Receptionist / Administrator responsibilities:
* To act as an ambassador for the company as they are the first line of contact for all visitors
* To ensure all front of office duties are completed in a polite and professional manner
* Effectively answer all incoming phone calls including screening and directing calls
* Take and relay messages swiftly
* Greet and welcome all persons entering the organisation in a friendly and professional manner as well as directing them to the correct destination if necessary
* Provide Administrative and clerical support to various departments including but not limited to HR, Sales, Finance and the Support Desk
* Timesheet administration including data input
* Organising, processing and distributing the daily mail throughout the company including DHL packages
* Ordering and preparation of catering/lunches as well as beverages for large meetings and training sessions
* Updating internal contact information regularly
* Assist with facilities management as required
* Ensuring that the general public areas including the meeting rooms are clear and looking respectable at all times
* To assist with all adhoc projects as requested

Receptionist / Administrator requirements and ideal background:
* Previous Reception experience is essential
* Customer Service or Administration background is ideal but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus
* Demonstrate the ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
* Neat and professional personal presentation/appearance
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
* Flexible and committed attitude with a willingness to take on additional tasks

Associated salary and Benefits:
£26,400 – £28,800 Basic Salary
+ 20 days annual leave per annum as well as public/bank holidays. Increasing annual leave by one day per year with the company to a maximum of 25.
