1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant who is looking for their next rewarding role? One of our outstanding Primary Schools in Bromley requires the support of an experienced LSA to work 1:1 with a Year 5 boy who exhibits challenging behavior.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 2 children in 1:1 capacity and have the behavioural skills to deal with disruptive behavior. The School would like to offer suitable candidates a trial period early next week, with the intention of appointing by the end of the week.

Successful candidates must:

– Hold a current and clear CRB.
– Be available for a face to face interview immediately
– Be a warm and caring individual with strong behavioral management
– Be a team player who can use their initiative and take direction and guidance where needed.
