Account Manager

A company car, mobile phone, laptop and printer plus a salary paying up to £26,000 per year

Working for a fast growing specialist in the finance sector, based throughout the whole of the UK, looking to expand their rapidly growing specialist team

About The Role:

Visiting people`s homes who have contacted the client looking to take out a loan against their car; you will be expected to do this in a professional way as you are the main representative for the company

Prior to attending the individual`s property you will run a credit check against the individual and then check the value of the vehicle against a listing that will be provided by the employer

Putting together a pack prior to the visit for the address of the property with all the necessary paperwork included

Liaising with the customers by the telephone and via email
Attending the home address and inspect the customer`s vehicle to check it is in good condition

When you visit the customer you will need to make an informed decision based on the credit check you have ran prior to meeting the customer as to what the loan repayments will be and also as to how long they will be making the repayments

You must be able to negotiate the agreed terms to a high level in a manner that the customers understands and is happy with

You must have the ability to say no when customers do not have the required credit to be applicable for the loan

When you have agreed the terms you will then amend all paperwork as necessary and set up the loan

Essential Skills & Experience
Comfortable negotiating terms
Flexible
To be able to work towards sales targets
You will be credit checked and CRB checked as part of the interview process
Ideally to have worked in the banking industry
Ideally to have come from an IFA background
